1. Is it possible to place one order for siblings at the same time?

Yes! Click under the access code login on "Did you get another access code?". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will all available photos. You can order combined and save shipping costs, how ever please be aware that if the images were taken on different days or at different schools or have different proof cards this wont be possiable as we are unable to pull images from different areas of the server into one order.

2. I got an access card with an access code - how can I order my photos?

If you have a received an access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album".

3. I got an email with login information - how can I order photos?

After you have placed an order or register in the online shop, you will receive an email with login credentials. Using your email and this new password, you can use the "Customer Login" to enter your personal gallery, order photos and check the status of your orders.

5. Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link in your order confirmation email. Alternatively you can log in with your password and email address you received by email. The order details can be found then under "My Account".

6. How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the one hand by the payment, the products you order and the type of delivery process. First, in order for the order to be processed the payment should be confirmed. Orders applying for free delivery to school are processed as batch 5-10 business days after the collection deadline. Delivery may also depend on the type of products being ordered. All orders placed on line prior to the collection dead line will be delivered in bulk directley to the school upto 14 working days after the dead line free of charge. any orders placed online after the collection deadline will be subject to a minimum postal and packing charge to be delivered direct to your address.During peak periods delivery may take upto 31 working days.

7. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?

Of course! The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads.

8. What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We are commited to offer only the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality with your photo products do not hesitate to get in touch. We are commited to your satisfaction.

9. Can I adjust the crop?

Yes. In the cart you have the chance. If you shrink the image section, an enlargement of the respective area is created. Look for the stars that indicate to you whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.

10. I rarely order online - how can I order my photos here?

Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo '. Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity and click on  "Add to basket". When you have all the photos you like on your shopping basket, click the top right of "Basket" and follow the instructions.

 11. I have ordered the wrong image/product/made a mistake with text/editing how do i cancel this?

Due to the nature of our Products being made-to-measure/personalised/bespoke we are unable to cancel your order IF payment has been recived, if payment has been recived your order automaticlaly goes into production and we are unable to pull it from the que. If you havent made payment we can cancel your order before it goes to processing. Please be aware that at multipul stages of the ordering process you are able to review your products and order BEFORE you finalise the order and payment and have every oppotunity to amend or cancel your order BEFORE you make payment.
